Delivery timeframes vary per courier, but we've included a couple of options at the checkout for you to choose.
Standard delivery is usually 2-4 working days or express delivery is 1-2 working days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
To exchange your item, we advise that you follow our returns process and order the alternative item on our store once you have received your refund.
We accept returns up to 30 days after your delivery date if the item is unused and in its original condition. To return your item, please email us at info@nervymutt.co.uk and we'll send you a paid returns label.
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we'll refund your order total minus the shipping costs for the return.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund orders that have been returned to addresses not stated on our returns label or item(s) returned in an unsellable condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nervymutt.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
