Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our team as soon as possible for assistance.

Shipping and Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately Nervy Mutt are currently only shipping to customers based in mainland UK. Once our Nervy Mutt community grows, we're hoping to offer shipping to non-UK customers. Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates!

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We know you're keen to get out and show off your new Nervy Mutt item, so we've included some different options for shipping at checkout. Standard shipping within mainland UK typically takes 2-4 business days. Express shipping times usually take 1-2 business days. 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unwashed items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for return instructions or view our returns page for more information.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer exchanges. If the item you have ordered doesn't fit as expected, we recommend contacting us to initiate a return and/or placing another order for your desired size.

A: Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. Please note, our apparel range are unisex designed, which may be more over-sized for those of slighter builds.

Q: How should I care for my Nervy Mutt t-shirts/hoodie?

A: We recommend washing your Nervy Mutt t-shirts and hoodies inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat to maintain their quality and longevity.
